Martyn Kelly
Senior Sales Negotiator
I have lived in South Devon since 1978, having returned to the UK from East Africa, where I was brought up. I began my career in estate agency in 1995, working in Torquay for national companies for twelve years. I then spent six years working in commercial estate agency, covering the South West, before returning to the residential property sector.
Over the course of my career, I have worked across Torquay, Ivybridge, Plymouth and Newton Abbot, before joining Marchand Petit’s Modbury office in early 2026.
A keen rugby player and skier in his younger years, I now enjoy a more relaxed pace of life. In my spare time, I can often be found walking in the Devon countryside, keeping busy in the kitchen, or watching sport on television.
