SOLD - Much loved 'bolt hole'

"We would like to thank you and your company for the professional way that you have dealt with the sale of our little 'Bolt Hole' as you so rightly called it. The sale seems to have taken for ever with both our and the buyer's solicitors blaming each other for any delays, this must happen all the time but it is still frustrating when the end is in sight but seemingly never gets any nearer. We have been helped greatly in this matter by Charlie, who has kept us up to date and where he has seen a possible problem has informed either us so we could 'prod' our solicitor or chased the buyer's solicitor to move things on with our solicitor. He even chased the buyers for an agreement on the contents of the property on his day off.
