New Associate Director appointments for Marchand Petit

Marchand Petit is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associate Directors.

Sarah Douglas and Helen Harris join Newton Ferrers branch manager Claire Northmore as Associate Directors within the company. Both bring a wealth of experience to the role; Sarah has worked in property for over 30 years and currently heads up both the Dartmouth and Kingsbridge offices, whilst Helen brings 18 years of experience and is the Modbury branch manager.

Gordon Maunder, chairman of Marchand Petit, said:

“All companies must evolve and as owners retire others will naturally take their place in a successful business. It has been a year since the last reshuffle and part of the reason for that reshuffle was to offer succession for those who seek and deserve to build on their careers. One of the major problems in estate agency in general is the lack of succession planning, so Marchand Petit as a board decided to add an Associate Director tier to its management structure to make sure that new ideas were heard within senior meetings, and after consideration, a consensus on how we can best embrace the best of those ideas to provide an ever-improving service for our clients and to keep one step ahead of the competition.”
