Marchand Petit expertise in Yealmpton

As part of the company policy to support local Post Offices Marchand Petit Estate Agents has partnered with Yealmpton Post Office at Coronation Buildings, in Market Street, with the launch of a colourful and professional window display. Prominently positioned in the middle of the village the initiative creates local interest while also providing this high street business with a useful additional income stream. 

Marchand Petit have recently strengthened their team covering the western portion of the South Hams with the addition of Chartered Surveyor Roger Punch, complementing Claire Northmore and Julie Leach.  Roger is one of the South West's most well known and respected estate agents, with immense local knowledge who has lived in Yealmpton for over 30 years, while Claire and Julie are also local residents with tremendous enthusiasm and empathy for the region.

The team cover not only Yealmpton, Brixton, Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo, but also the Wembury peninsula and coastline to Heybrook Bay, Mount Batten, Plymstock, Elburton, Plympton St Maurice and Sparkwell.
