Marchand Petit appoint Helen Harris as Senior Valuer

Marchand Petit are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Harris, MNAEA as their new Senior Valuer, in their expanding Modbury and Newton Ferrers offices.

 Helen joins the busy teams with 14 years of property experience and successful selling across all sectors of the market.

A local girl from the Ringmore, Bigbury area, Helen gained an abundance of industry knowledge in the core areas of the region training for a year on the Estate Agency Graduate Scheme, after completing her Fine Arts Degree at The Surrey Institute of Art & Design.

 Helen went on to add: “In addition to dealing with town and city waterside property, coming from an equestrian family background, I have a sound understanding of country matters and the needs of vendors and buyers alike looking for a move to the country”.

A keen horsewoman, previously competing in hunter trials, show jumping and one day events, Helen now enjoys boating and leisure activities with her young family around the South Hams coast.  Concluding “I have huge passion for the job and our clients benefit from our strong local knowledge and countrywide coverage.”
