“Forget everything you’ve ever read or thought about Estate Agents and think again. Marchand Petit could write the book on how it should be done. Their professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of local market dynamics, coupled with exceptionally high levels of legal knowledge, determination to follow-through and continual availability is truly unrivalled.
Whilst I only have experience of one office from their extensive network in the South-West, if the team in the Newton Ferrers Office – Roger Punch, Claire Northmore and Julie Leach – are representative of their overall standards, then you need look no further. Claire, Roger and Julie were the best team anyone could hope for. Claire was the lead point of liaison for us and was excellent at every step in the process even when the first agreed sale fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, she had found another buyer within a matter of hours and a new sale was agreed, contracts were exchanged and the transaction was completed, all in under three weeks. The personal and professional service we received was second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them, unreservedly.
Five star ratings are often found but are rarely in line with the actual experience received – in this case the five star rating is truly deserved and well-earned. Like the International Hotel rating scheme which officially stops at 5*, some establishments are nonetheless rated with 6 or even 7 stars. If measured by the same token, Marchand Petit in Newton Ferrers should receive a 7* rating – they really are that good. Faultless!”
