Juliette Platt

I began my estate agency career with Marchand Petit in February 2023, bringing with me extensive sales experience from other industries, alongside the enthusiasm, drive and determination to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Now approaching four years with the firm, I have continued to grow as an agent and develop my skills as a Senior Negotiator.

During this time, my passion for property has grown, and one of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping families find their perfect home. Guiding clients through what can be both a stressful and exciting journey, supporting them every step of the way and ultimately handing over the keys is a feeling that never gets old.

Having spent most of my life in Devon, living on the edge of Dartmoor, I have an excellent knowledge of the local area and a genuine appreciation for what makes it such a special place to live. This local knowledge, combined with my commitment to understanding each buyer’s individual needs, helps me find the right property in the right location.

Outside of work, I play for a local netball team, which was recently promoted to the next division, and we’re looking forward to the season ahead. I also enjoy making the most of Devon’s great outdoors, whether that’s wild swimming, running, rock climbing or exploring the Moors on long dog walks with my three mutts. Nothing rounds off a weekend better than enjoying a good meal or a drink at one of Devon’s excellent pubs with my family.
