Jane Summers

With over 35 years’ experience across all aspects of the property world, Jane’s enthusiasm and passion for the industry remains constant. From working for construction companies, architects, property and leisure specialists abroad and in Salcombe, Jane joined Marchand Petit 12 years ago after working for a national agent specialising in waterfront and residential development in the West Country. Her sound knowledge across the marketing and selling of all types of property, along with her PR expertise, are ideal from launching house sales through to completion. She is delighted to be working back in her home village and relishing the short commute to work!

Jane values any time spent outdoors, especially on the coast or in the water. If it includes an activity, even better! She firmly believes that swimming, Pilates, yoga, keeping fit, kayaking, riding and travel are all excellent ways to enjoy leisure time with family and friends.
