Tim Jones

Associate Director

After graduating from Cardiff, Tim moved to London. With a genuine passion for property and a personable nature he carved out a successful career within the South West London property market culminating in building and running a market leading independent estate agent for nine years at partner level.

Born and raised in the South Hams Tim was keen move his family back home at the earliest opportunity to enjoy the riches on offer in the area, both in and out of the water. Having made the move in 2015 and now with over 20 years experience Tim believes his knowledge and high levels of customer service will complement the Dartmouth team he now heads.   

When not at work Tim enjoys playing on the coast or moor with the family, paddle boarding or walking the dog.  In termtime more often than not Tim can be found cheering on his children on the side of a sports field or manning a safety boat whilst they sail.
